基于生态学的社区学习共同体培育

摘    要:学习共同体作为社区教育的创新载体,通过交互性学习活动强化居民学习者身份认同并提升社区整体文化水平,生态视野下的社区学习共同体具有整体性、循环性、协同性等特点。在生态理念的指引之下,社区教育管理者可通过营造自由环境、促进良性互动、补充丰富养分等举措实现社区学习共同体的催生、运行和优化。在策略实施过程中应遵循以下原则:鼓励多元创新、注入人文关怀、重视和谐共生。

Abstract:As an innovative carrier of community education, learning community strengthens residents’ learning identity and enhances overall cultural level through interactive learning activity. Learning community based on ecological view has characteristics of integrity, circulation and collaboration. Guided by the ecologic view, community managers could realize the birth, operation and optimization of learning community through measures such as creating a free environment, promoting positive interaction, and supplying nutrient. Community managers should abide by the following principles: encourage diversity, injection of humanistic care, and pay attention to the harmonious symbiosis.
