通识教育理念下高校第二课堂建设探析

摘    要:通识教育是对所有大学生进行的非专业教育,目的是培养全面发展的人和社会的公民。通识教育是培养创新型人才的基础,在通识教育理念下构建第二课堂模式,应注重整体设计、科学安排内容、创新活动形式、完善学分认证和激励机制等。将第二课堂与第一课堂一起纳入人才培养计划,使二者互动、互补、互融,对于培养具有通识基础的创新型人才具有重要作用。

Second Classroom Construction in the Idea of General Education

Abstract:General education is a non--professional education for all college and university students. Its purpose is to cultivate well- rounded persons and citizens. General Education is the basis for cultivating innovative mechanism talents. We build a second classroom activity patterns in the general education concept, focus on the overall design, scientific arrangement, innovative forms of activity, improve credit certification and incentives mechanism, etc. Both the second and the first classroom are included in personnel training program, which can interact and complementary with each other. It plays an important role in the cultivation of innovative talents with general basis.
