| 摘 要： | 通过对培养高职高专大学生终身体育意识与习惯相关的体育认识,学习动机和体育行为等进行调查与分析,提出改革教学模式和考核制度,加强课外体育的制度化建设和改善场地器材等锻炼环境的具体对策,从而为进一步加强学生终身体育思想奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Through to raises vocational college students' lifetime physical consciousness and the custom correlation sports concepts, the study motive and the sports behavior carry on the investigation and the analysis, proposing the reform educational model and the system of examining and assessment, heightening extracurricular sports the institution to construct and to improve exercise environment, the purpose is to further lay the foundation for the students' lifetime physical culture. |
