| 摘 要： | 随着高校毕业生人数逐年增加,大学生就业压力越来越大,就业形势日趋严峻,图书馆作为高校的"第二课堂",应做好高校就业服务工作。笔者发现,高校图书馆在就业信息服务中,普遍存在主动参与就业服务意识淡薄、开展就业服务力度不够、缺乏长效发展机制等问题。本文引入学科服务理念,探讨图书馆利用自身优势,以学科服务深化高校图书馆就业信息服务的实施途径。

| Abstract: | Because of the growth of graduates year by year,the pressure of employment of university students increases constantly with the serious employment situation.The library,as the"second class",should do a good job in the employment services.The author found that there were some problems in employment service of university libraries,such as the deficiency actively participating consciousness in the employment service,the weakness in enforcement of the employment service and the lack of long-term development mechanism.The concept of subject service is introduced in this paper to explore the implementation ways by means of deepening University Library Subject Service of employment information service with their own advantages. |
