| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献计量学的方法分析了我国新世纪以来基础教育问题的理论及实证研究。从教育理念、素质教育、教育公平这三项基础教育的重大问题入手，剖析、归纳这段时期内基础教育问题研究的主要成果，并反思整个研究进程发展的概况、趋势、存在的问题，提出今后研究的思路。

| Abstract: | This article spells out, in a literature metrology manner, our theoretical and practical researches regarding the significant issues of China＇ s basic education. Taking education concept, quality - oriented education and educational equity, the three significant issues in China＇ s basic education, as a starter, we strive to analyze and summarize the main achievement of China＇s basic education since 21 century, place a reflective observation on its development, trend and problems during the whole process, and put forward a roadmap for the research in the lucre. |
