| Abstract: | Counselors are the backbone in moral education in colleges and universities to carry out ideological and political education of university students, they are the guiders and pathfinders of the healthy growth of college students.Under the new situation, how to professionalize the ranks of college counselors, to adapt to the situation of development, are not only of an important aspect in the work of the ideological and political education, but also the new problems in the urgent need to solve in the ideological and educational work. |
