| 摘 要： | 昆明是云南省会城市、边疆政治经济文化的中心,在云南桥头堡建设中承载着国家赋予的全新历史使命和发展责任.因此,昆明应充分依托国家战略的东风和多元文化汇聚地的渊源优势,发挥文化软实力的重要作用,积极锻造昆明文化精神,培育城市文化氛围,充分发挥本土文化优势,突出城市文化个性特色,涵容泛亚各国文化,把昆明建设成为开放包容、诚信友善、文明好客并能担当引领国际惯例、国际规则、国际标准重任的泛亚国际文化名城.

| Abstract: | As a capital city and the frontier political and economic the center in Yunnan, Kunming carries the new historical task and responsibility gifted by the government in the construction of Yunnan bridgehead. Therefore, based on the advantages of the national strategies and gathering of poly-culture, the important role of the cultural soft power should be developed, the local cultural spirit and urban cultural atmosphere should be cultivated positively, the local cultural advantages should be developed, the local urban character- istics should be emphasized and Pan-Asian culture should be exchanged here and then guiding the international conventionality and standard, Kunming will be buih as a well-known Pan-Asian cultural city with the characteristics of hostility and honesty. |
