| Abstract: | The ble gene from the transposon Tn5 would provide bacteria resistance to PYM. The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of PYM for E.coli strain HB101 and some eucaryotes such as yeast(S. cerevisiae)and plant(Daucus caroto CA11)was investigated. |
