| Abstract: | As an important component of employment guidance, the introduction of employment guidance course to the vocational college is absolutely indispensable. The employment guidance course aims at satisfying the needs of the survival and development for an education providing entity, of the employment system reform and the development of quality-oriented education, and of the construction of open higher education patterns. To reinforce the construction of the employment guidance course for junior college students, a full-fledged employment guidance system must be constructed. |
