| 摘 要： | 作者认为，学校体育改革要以素质教育思想为依据。本文提出素质教育思想的根本是个性化教育，符合个性化教育要求的体育教学应强调体育学习中的体验。最后，作者提出3点对策：①应确立符合素质教育的新观念；②改变体育教学中的“技术目标论”，完善以培养体育能力为核心的教学体系；③合理的体育教学评价是指挥棒。

| Abstract: | In this article, the author held that the reforms in physical education should be based on the idea of quality education. It was suggested that the core of quality education was individualized education and that the physical education, which meets the requirements of individualized education, should put emphasis upon experiencing in PE learning. Finally, three measures were put forward: 1) setting up new ideas in accord with quality education; 2) changing the technical - oriented theory in PE teaching and perfecting the teaching system focusing on ability cultivation; 3) with appropriate PE teaching evaluation as guiding principles. |
