| 摘 要： | 三明——沙县市县一体化战略是福建内陆城市经济带的重要组成部分，也是海峡西岸经济区的重要内容。实施三明——沙县市县一体化战略，核心是“城市空间一体化、区域经济一体化、基础设施一体化、生态环境一体化”，重点是“潜力用地挖掘”，实质是“以区域为基础，提高资源配置的效率”，促进福建省内陆中心城市的快速发展。

| Abstract: | The integrating strategic development of Sanming City and Shaxian County is an integral part of the economic belt of inland cities in Fujian Province and an important part of the economic zone across the Taiwan Strait. To implement the integrating strategic development of Sanming City and Shaxian County, the core issue should be integrating city and county areas, integrating district economical bodies, integrating infrastructure and integrating ecological environment, focusing on exploiting potential land. The essence of the integration is to boost the efficiency of resource collocation based on the localities for the speedy development of inland cities in Fujian Province. |
