| 摘 要： | 对于科研评价的问题,目前争议比较多,SCI不适用于评价基础理论研究成果。运用指数法、影响力评价法、中介法、RAE方法和集对分析方法,可以较为科学、准确地评价基础理论研究。

| Abstract: | Currently it is much controversial for scientific-research assessment and SCI doesn't apply to the assessment of basic-theory research results. It is comparatively scientific and accurate to evaluate the basic-theory research by applying the methods of index, influential assessment, medium, RAE and concentrated analysis. |
