| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国对植物多糖,特别是具有中国特色的中草药多糖、真菌多糖已有广泛的报道。现在使用的糖化合物药物已超过500种,包括各种抗生素、核苷、多糖、糖脂等,几乎用于治疗所有的疾病,如具有抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗凝血、抗爱滋病等药物活性的报道很多。但是糖类作为药物的概念是在近年糖生物成就的基础上被认识的,同时逐渐形成了用现代仪器技术提取分离多糖、分子修饰研究构效关系的新方法。这一成果的取得,经历了由实践、认识、再实践、再认识的多次循环往复,目前,正在向高一级的认识迈进。文章用辩证唯物主义认识论观点评述了中药多糖的分离、结构以及在临床医学上的重要应用,探讨了多糖研究的传统和现代方法论。

| Abstract: | In recent years,plant polysaccharides,especially Chinese herbal,fungal polysaccharides with Chinese characteristics have been widely reported.The sugar compounds in drugs has more than 500 species,including antibiotics,nucleotides,polysaccharides,glycolipids,etc.for the treatment of almost all diseases,such as anti-tumor,anti-aging,anti-coagulation,anti-AIDS drugs in the reported articles.However,the concept of carbohydrate as a drug is accepted on the basis of biological success.At the same time,a new method of structure-activity relationship is gradually obtained with modern equipment to extract polysaccharides and the molecular modification.The results obtained by practical experience,knowledge,more practice,more knowledge of the many times cycle.Now,it is moving to a higher level of understanding.The important applications of polysaccharides of Chinese herb medicine in clinical medicine,separation and structure of polysaccharides are reviewed here with viewpoint of dialectical materialism epistemology.Study of modern and traditional methodology on polysaccharides was explored. |
