| 摘 要： | 篮球后备人才的培养,直接关系到篮球运动的可持续发展。文章通过对湖北省篮球后备人才的培养现状进行调查,发现湖北省青少年篮球后备人才培养面临的问题主要有:总体规模较小,结构失衡;经费投入不足,缺少比赛机会;学业压力仍然较大,科学化训练水平不高;条块分割,资源没有得到充分共享利用。增强湖北省篮球后备人才储备的对策主要有:遵循规律,转变观念,积极促进体教结合;进一步改革竞赛体制,增加比赛机会;建立篮球教练员培养制度;拓宽湖北省篮球后备人才培养渠道;加强场馆建设,优化训练条件等。

| Abstract: | Basketball the development of supportive talents,directly related to the sustainable development of basketball.This article through to the Hubei province basketball the development of supportive talents of Hubei province,the investigation found that the young basketball reserve personnel training are faced with the problem mainly has：the overall size of the smaller,unbalanced structure,inadequate funding,lack of opportunity to play,academic still high pressure,scientific training level is not high,the regional segmentation,resources sharing of not being fully.Think that enhance the countermeasures of Hubei province backup talents reserves basically have：follow the rules,change the idea,and promote body with education,further reform competition system and increase,and the establishment of the opportunity to play basketball coaches training system,Hubei province broaden the reserve personnel training channel,enhance the construction,optimize the training venues conditions etc. |
