马克思主义劳资关系理论及其现代解读

摘    要:劳资关系理论是马克思主义政治经济学的重要理论组成部分,雇佣劳动与资本的关系被恩格斯认为是"现代全部社会体系依以旋转的轴心"。随着时代发展和资本主义生产方式的变革,劳资关系在西方国家乃至全世界范围内出现了新的发展态势,但这些变化是资本主义生产方式在自身范围内的扬弃,并没有也不可能从根本上改变资本对劳动的统治关系。用马克思主义劳资关系理论解读现代劳资关系,对于审视当代资本主义国家劳资关系的发展走向、指导我国构建和谐劳资关系都具有重要意义。

Abstract:The theory of the relationship between labor and capital is an important part of Marxist political economy theory.Engels considered the relationship between labor and capital as modern social system upon which all the rotation axis.The relationship between labor and capital in the West and the whole world of new changes have taken place with the development of the times and changes in the capitalist mode of production.However,these changes in the capitalist mode of production within the scope of abandoning their own,and they can not fundamentally change the relationship between the rule of capital for labor.It is great significance to exam the contemporary capitalist countries toward the development of labor relations between labor and capital and to guide the building of a harmonious labor relations in China with the Marxist interpretation of modern relationship between labor and capital.
