企业执行力影响因素及对策研究

摘    要:执行力,是指贯彻战略意图,实现预定目标的操作能力。执行力是企业竞争力的核心,是把企业战略、规划转化成为效益、成果的关键。企业执行力不足有管理者的执行力不足,管理制度不合理,激励机制效力弱及缺乏卓有价值且能认同的企业文化等多方面原因。如何提升企业的执行力已越来越为企业界所重视,作为企业战略实施的根本保障,培育执行力的关键应该从管理层建设、企业文化、制度制定、执行细节等方面入手,全方位强化执行力,最终实现增强企业的综合竞争力的目标。

Abstract:Execution,is intended to implement the strategy to achieve target operating capacity.Execution is the core competitiveness of enterprises is to business strategy,planning translated into effective,the results of the key.Business execution execution less than a shortage of managers,the management system is unreasonable,the effectiveness of the weak and the lack of incentive mechanisms and can identify valuable Zhuo's corporate culture,and many other reasons.How to improve business execution is increasingly paying attention to the business community,as a fundamental guarantee for the implementation of corporate strategy,fostering the implementation of the key should be from the management building,corporate culture,system design,implementation details and other aspects,strengthen all-round execution,and ultimately enhance their overall competitiveness of the target.
