摘    要:跨学科被认为是提高科研人员科研创新能力的重要手段。但对这一命题,缺乏实证的分析支持。为此,以博士后作为分析对象,从材料物理与化学、通信与信息系统、信号与信息处理、生物细胞学、生物化学与分子生物学这五个一级学科中选取2001-2004年这四年间在全国所有流动站进站博士后发表的论文进行统计分析。基于交叉学科的视角,从两个方面比较了"跨学科"对博士后科研创新能力的影响。研究发现,跨学科的制度,有助于我国科研人员提高科研创新能力。

Abstract:The interdisciplinary is considered to be one of important means for improving research capability, but that argument lacks of empirical analysis support. This paper tries to test the argument based on database of post-doctors in the five disciplinary, they are materials physics and chemistry, communication and information system, signals and information processing, biological cytology and biochemistry and molecular biology. Paper is used as the indicator of research and innovation capability that are selected and analyzed from 2001 to 2004 in Chinese journal. This paper compares cross-discipline post-doctoral research capacity with non-discipline from vertical and horizontal aspects. The conclusion is: those having changed discipline both show having higher science research and innovation capability.
