| 摘 要： | 学校档案记载着学校的办学历史,是学校教育教学活动的真实记录,它全面反映了学校最基本的职能活动。为了使高校档案管理适应时代发展的需求,必须从档案管理工作的思路、模式和机制入手进行创新,运用现代化手段科技兴档,建立健全各项档案管理规章制度,提高业务素质,做到不断创新,做到人无我有,人有我优,人优我新,使档案工作有高度、有特色,有生机和活力,从而实现档案工作的持续快速发展。
