| Abstract: | This article carries out a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the United Kingdom's PLR scheme,and analyses in depth about its influence on the British society through evaluating the flow of development,structural analysis and process of operation in connection to the Act.This article also,to some degree,serves as a reference for China on the legislation of its own PLR scheme. |
