| 摘 要： | 全国高校开展“三全育人”改革以来,各高校都取得了非常不错的成绩,体现在人才素质得到了提高,全过程育人的范畴大幅延伸,全方位育人的外延得到了充分拓展。在育人实践中以“七彩”育人为特色,与“三全育人”融合,构建具有鲜明特色的“七彩三全”育人模式,对高职院校的育人工作有一定参考价值。该模式围绕培养德智体美劳全面发展的人才,通过系统构建、全方位施行、专兼职队伍相结合、各方联动等机制,把学生培养成为爱国爱党,具有厚基础、宽口径、高素质、强能力的技能型人才。

| Abstract: | Since the colleges and universities carried out the reform of"three wide education",all the colleges and universities have achieved very good results.The quality of human talents has been improved,the scope of whole-process education has been extended greatly,and the extension of all-round education has been fully expanded.In the practice of education,it is featured with"seven colors education"and integrated with"Three-wide education"to construct a distinctive"Seven colors and Three-wide"education model,which is of certain reference value to the education work of higher vocational colleges.This mode focuses on cultivating human talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty.Through the mechanism of system construction,all-round implementation,combination of full-time and part-time teams and linkage of all parties,the students are trained to be patriotic and party-loving,skilled talents with solid foundation,wide caliber,high quality and strong ability. |
