| 摘 要： | 随着社会竞争的日趋激烈，心理状态已日益影响人们的生活质量，加强心理健康教育也成为高校体育教学面临的重要内容。体育教学以其独特的教学内容和方法对实施大学生心理健康教育有着巨大的影响，然而当前部分高棱体育教学对心理健康教育的重视程度不够，一些教学形式不利于学生心理健康。因此，探讨高校体育教学中进行心理健康教育的途径具有重大的理论和实践意义。

| Abstract: | With the keen competition of modern society, mental state affects people＇s quality of life greatly. Mental health education also becomes important content in the college physical education. With distinctive content of courses and methods, physical education has significant effects on mental health education. However, in some colleges, physical education isn＇ t taken seriously, and some teaching forms even have bad effects on students＇ mental health. Therefore, there is theoretical and practical significance to discuss the ways of carrying out mental health education in college physical education. |
