| 摘 要： | 专利文献作为重要的科研情报来源,具有其他期刊文献无法比拟的优点。虽然现在部分高校设立了专利理论课,但是学生应用专利文献的能力仍然很差。针对这种情况,对专利检索在开放实验教学中的实践进行了探索。以"金银花咀嚼片"开放实验为个案,对大一、大二学生进行专利检索操作训练,有效地提高了学生检索和应用专利文献的能力。最后,对专利检索在开放实验教学中的效果进行了分析和总结。

| Abstract: | Patent literature,as an important source of science and technology information,has many advantages unmatched by other journal literature.Although some universities set patent theory course,many students still lack the ability to cite patent literature.In view of this situation,practice of patent retrieval in open experiment teaching is researched.Taking the case of Lonicera Japonica tablets in open experiment as an example,students are trained to search the patent,which improves their ability to search and cite patent literature.Finally,the effect of practice of patent retrieval in open experiment teaching is analyzed and summarized. |
