| 摘 要： | 建设创新型高校必须强化大型公共服务的支撑体系——优化高校分析测试中心。一是全面贯彻"顶天立地"战略,"顶天"就是要不断创造高水平的科技成果;"立地"就是要服务地方经济社会发展;二要优化决策机制:优化管理机构、优化论证、优化共享;三要优化管理机制;四要优化人才培养,强化支撑。树立人才是第一资源的理念、全面提高大型仪器科研人员的综合素质。

| Abstract: | The opportunities and chancellges of new technology development require universities to become innovation-oriented.The development optimization of the university-based center for physical & chemical analysis is the key to the construction of innovation-oriented universities.The following 4 aspects are the main contents of development optimization:First,the said center should not only focus on making progress in science and technology,but also be involved in the local economic and social development to provide technology support;secondly,it should optimize decision-making mechanism third,it should optimize the management mechanism;and finally,it should optimize the cultivition of technological innovative talents. |
