| 摘 要： | 国家重点实验室评估是科技部全面检验和督促实验室建设和运行的重要手段,在保证实验室正常良好运行、快速健康发展中发挥至关重要的作用。为全面深入理解国家重点实验室评估,根据国家重点实验室评估规则,结合2011年3月作物生物学国家重点实验室评估情况,全面分析了国家重点实验室评估对实验室建设和运行的督促和指导作用,指出了在确立实验室定位、加强人才团队建设、加强科研交流与合作、制度建设和条件建设等方面的促进作用,详细阐述了实验室在凝练研究方向、完善运行管理机制、加强人才团队建设、扩大对外开放交流、加大支持力度等方面的措施及意义。国家重点实验室评估为实验室的建设指出了问题、指明了发展方向。

| Abstract: | State key laboratory assessment is an important means in comprehensive inspection and supervision of laboratory construction and operation,which plays a crucial role in ensuring laboratory normal operation,and its rapid and healthy development.According to the rules of state key laboratory assessment and the assessment of state key laboratory of crop biology in March 2011,a comprehensive role of the state key laboratory assessment in guiding the construction and operation is described for deeply understanding of state key laboratory assessment.The catalytic roles of the assessment in establishing the position of lab,strengthening the human resources,promoting communication and cooperation of research,improving institutional construction and conditions are pointed out.The ways and their significance is expounded in condensing research purposes,improving the mechanism of operation and management,strengthening the training of qualified personnel,expanding the opening,increasing support for lab construction,and so on.The assessment points out the problems and the developmental direction for the construction of state key laboratory. |
