| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中医治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果.方法:研究对象共186例,全部为2011年1月~2014年1月经过体格检查和CT确诊为腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各93例,观察两组治疗效果.结果:治疗组显效59例,好转28例,无效6例,总有效率为93.5%;治疗组显效54例,好转24例,无效15例,总有效率83.9%.结论:中医治疗腰椎间盘突出具有迅速缓解疼痛,疗效显著,疗效易于巩固,复发率低等优点.

| Abstract: | This paper is to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.A total of 186 cases,which are all for the 2011 January ～ 2014 year in January and which are after a physical examination and CT confirmed the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 93 cases in each group,to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups.The treatment group with 59 cases were markedly effective,of which 28 cases improved,and 6 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.5%; the treatment group were 54 cases,of which 24 cases improved,and 15 cases ineffective,and the total efficiency is 83.9%.The TCM treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with rapid pain relief,obvious curative effect,easy to consolidate curative effect,and low recurrence rate. |
