对德国"双元制"职业教育的认识与启示

摘    要:中德两国国情不同,职业教育发展的过程也不同。通过比较两国职教发展的现状差异,可以对我国职教改革和发展产生有益的启示。对照德国职业教育的培养目标,可以帮助我们更好地理解职业教育的目标定位;分析德国企业参与职业教育的动因,昭示我们要重视职业教育中缺少企业参与的缺陷;参照德国职业教育的专业和课程设置,让我们明确专业和课程设置改革的重点与方向;解读德国职业教育师资培养模式,要求我们重视对“双师素质教师”的培养。

Abstract:The situations between China and Germany are different,so are the courses of the developing courses of their career-educations.By comparing the differences of the present developing situations of the career-education in both countries,we can get a lot of beneficial enlightenments about the career-education's innovation and development in our country.Similarly,contracting the cultivating goal of the career-education in Germany can help us understand better the orientation of the goal of career-education;analyzing the causes for German's enterprises' participating in the career-education indicates that we must put emphasis on the defection of lacking the participation of enterprises;consulting the majors and course-assignments of Germany's careereducation enables us to be clear about the key points and directions of innovations in majors and course-assignments;dissecting the cultivating models of persons qualified to teach in career-educating field in Germany requires us to attach importance to the cultivation of "teachers qualified in two fields(teaching and engineering)."
