高职通识教育的目标、制约因素和对策研究

摘    要:通识教育着眼于受教育者的全面素质,高职通识教育的目标是培养高素质的社会人。高职通识教育的理论研究基础薄弱,在实践中亦存在诸多限制因素。高职院校应首先树立全面发展的教育理念,将通识教育育人理念贯穿人才培养全过程,通过实践通识教育与专业教育相结合的人才培养模式,设置突出职业特点的通识课程,在专业教育中渗透通识教育思想,发挥第二课堂活动的通识教育功能等途径来实现通识教育目标。

Abstract:The general education focus on the overall quality of the educated, so the general education curriculum in higher vocational colleges has a goal that is to cultivate high-quality social person. The foundation of theoretical research of general education in vocational colleges is weak. There are also a lot of constraints in practice. Vocational colleges should first establish the concept of comprehensive development of education, put the educational idea of general education curriculum throughout the whole process of personnel training. The goal of general education curriculum can be achieved through combining the general education and professional education in training model and setting some general educational curriculum with occupational characters, permeating the liberal ideas into professional education and giving full play to the liberal education function of the second classroom activities .
