| 摘 要： | 本结合师专的办学实践，对构建创新教育新体系的基本思想方法及师专教育新体系的价值取向进行了科学探讨与理性审视，系统地阐明了构建创新教育体系的前提条件、思想先导、逻辑起点、主攻方向及其活力所在，并就师专教育新体系的改革提出了“向农、创新、竞争”三个独特的价值取向。

| Abstract: | With the practices of our college, the paper scientifically researches and theoretically studies the basic thinking methods, and the trend of value in the teachers training colleges for building innovatory education system. It systematically expounds the conditions of premise, the guides of tought, the directions of main attack, the starting points of logic and the cruxes of vigor in new ideas for building innovatory education system, and puts forward the thre views: facing the country, innovation, competition on unique trends of value, for the reforms of new education system in the teachers training college. |
