| 摘 要： | 育人是高师院校义不容辞的使命，是教育及其管理工作的逻辑起点和归宿，但仅有良好的育人愿望是不够的，还必须树立正确的管理理念，把握育人的特性：建立激励约束机制，营造管理育人氛围，从而按照育人的价值取向实现管理目的，完成培师育人使命。

| Abstract: | Educating people is an important mission of high-level teachers college,and the logical starting and ending points of education and its management work. However, not only should we hold the good wish of educating people, but also we should maintain correct management concept, grasp the characteristic of educating people, form the mechanism of encouragement and restraint, and establish an atmosphere of management for educating people, according to the tendency of value of educating people, realize the purpose of management, finish the mission of cultivating teachers and educating people. |
