摘    要:语言输出的注意功能和验证假设功能中均匀丰“推动效应”,它能将二语学习的语言输出从白话体推向正式体。而正式体对白话体又会产生一种“拉引效应”。从心理学和驱力理论角度,探讨推动与拉引之间的互动关系及其对第二语言习得的影响,可以得出结论:推动对拉引的作用是正效应的,而拉引对推动的作用则正、负效应的,而且知推动和拉引的共同作用下,推动始终处于减弱状态,并向“零状态”无限接近。此结论可以解释中介语理论和“高原期”现象的合理性,并能从总体上反映第二语言的习得过程。

Abstract:There exists a "push effect" in the output functions of noticing and hypothesis testing , which can push learner output from vernacular style towards careful style. It is also assumed that careful style may have a "pull effect" on vernacular style. This paper attempts to apply the needs-and-drives theory of psychology to the analysis of the interrelationships between push and pull, and their impact upon acquisition process. The result shows that the effect of push on pull is positive, and that of pull on push both positive and negative; and that push is always declining and infinitely approaches the "zero state". This result is an evidence for the reasonability of the interlanguage theory and plateau phenomenon, and a rough reflection of overall L2 acquisition process.
