| 摘 要： | 国际法应以国际社会为重心。国际法国际社会本位是国际法存在之基础、解决全球问题、实现人类社会可持续发展和国际法理论创新的必然要求。国际法国际社会本位观有利于国际法的理论创新,有利于推进全球问题的解决、有利于国家间利益的协调、有利于国际责任的承担。
