| 摘 要： | 从新《普通高等学校学生管理规定》出发,结合人本主义教育观的相关理论,指出新《规定》颁布前高校学生管理工作缺乏人性化的现状,并在贯彻新《普通高等学校学生管理规定》的基础上提出构建高校学生管理的新模式。
