| Abstract: | Based on the combination of theories and practice, the author focuses on the academic construction of the newly upgraded normal college. According to the following ten aspects: teaching ideology, teaching norm, study atmosphere, teaching personnel, scientific research, academic management, curriculum and subject construction, the author raises some ideas and measures to strengthen the undergraduate teaching basis. |
