| 摘 要： | 采用放射免疫法与超声心动法进行了逐级递增负荷运动试验，以探讨心脏内分泌与心肌血液供应的关系。结果发现：大学生组血浆心纳素、室壁运动面积变化率以及壁厚度，都随运动强度的增加、持续时间的延长，呈现出先上升后下降的变化趋势；耐力运动员血浆心纳素安静时低于大学生组，但随运动强度的增加，持续时间的延长，表现为持续增加，室壁运动面积变化率随之呈线性关系；血浆心纳素对运动中心肌血液供应改善有一定的促进作用；血浆心纳素的分泌不是无限的，它的产生与释放需要一定的时间。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to determine the relation between cardiac endocrine secretion and myocardial blood supply. Radioimmune measuring and echocardiogram were used in a grandient loading test.The results indicated that: with the increase of exercise intensity and time, plasma ANF,changing ratio of motor area of wall of the group of college students increased at first and decreased later; plasma ANF of the group of endurance players was lower at rest than the group of college students, but continued to increase with the increase of exercise intensity and time, and the changing ratio of motor area of wall showed a linear relation; plasma ANF could improve cardiac blood supply during exercise; the secretion of plasma ANF was not unlimted, whose generation and delivery needs a certain period of time. |
