悬吊力量训练对排球运动员挥臂能力的影响

摘    要:运用悬吊训练仪器对排球运动员进行实验性研究。通过悬吊力量训练组与传统力量训练组的比较分析,结果证明经过十四周的训练,悬吊力量训练组的挥臂能力有了显著性提高,说明悬吊力量训练对提高排球运动员的挥臂能力是有作用的,为利用悬吊训练仪器来提高排球运动员的挥臂能力提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:This project uses the equipment of S-E-T training to conduct experimental research on volleyball players through comparing the S-E-T strength training group with ordinary strength training group.The result shows that arm whipping ability in the S-E-T strength training group has been significantly increased after fourteen weeks,which indicates that S-E-T strength training is effective for volleyball players to improve arm whipping ability.It provides a certain theoretical basis for the use of S-E-T training ...
