| 摘 要： | 长期以来,田径运动注重培养运动员单纯的"夺标"意识,忽视了田径运动本身固有的文化属性和教育功能,导致了田径运动发展的异化,造就了很多"半人",造成了巨大的人才浪费。田径文化构建旨在转变田径发展方式,强调"人""物"并重的问题,它是解决运动员二次就业的需要和提升"田径人"全面综合素质的需要、是田径运动可持续发展的需要。
