| 摘 要： | 首先对竞技体育人才隐性知识测评的必要性作了分析.在实证调研的基础上,构建了竞技体育人才隐性知识测评指标体系.运用层次分析法(AHP)对隐性知识四个维度及其20个具体要素进行了具体的定量分析,厘清了隐性知识各维度、要素对总指标的贡献率,为相关决策者和研究者提供借鉴和参考.

| Abstract: | The paper firstly analyzes necessity of estimation of competitive sport talents' tacit knowledge.On the basis of empirical research,it builds an estimation system of competitive sport talents' tacit knowledge.Then the four dimensions of tacit knowledge and its 20 specific elements are quantitatively analyzed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).It clarifies the contribution rate of various dimensions,elements of tacit knowledge to the total indexes.The paper could provide references for the relevant decision-... |
