| 摘 要： | 随着人们获取信息越发容易，公共图书馆作为信息中心受到前所未有的挑战。提供免费的服务和平等的服务是公共图书馆精神的核心，是针对所有社会成员的“无区别服务”。美国等发达国家公共图书馆的发展已为我们提供了借鉴，公共图书馆作为“第三空间”及其为弱势群体服务的理念与实践，已经着实地摆在我们面前。
