| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆作为高校信息传播的主要场所，对于高校师生资源的收集和学术的进步有着重要作用。现代化的发展使得高校图书管理业趋于现代化管理的道路。文章主要分析了高校图书管理现代化的重要性，并从多个方面分析了实现高校图书管理现代化的路径和方面，包括创新的服务理念，创新的管理体制，管理信息化，提高官员素质等多方面内容。通过本文的研究，希望能够为相关方面的研究提供一些参考。
