| 摘 要： | 研究与解决大学生犯罪问题，是各界人士的共同任务。问题的解决对于全社会的稳定，国家与民族的发展以及大学生自身的成长都有着重要的意义。本文通过对新时期大学生犯罪现状进行阐述，从实际出发，从而进一步提出新时期中国大学生犯罪预防的相关对策，以便对我国大学生犯罪预防能够有所帮助，完善我国的犯罪预防体系。

| Abstract: | It is a common task to research and solve the problem of college students＆#39; crime for all circles. To solve the problem for the sta-bility of the whole society, the development of the state and the nation as well as the growth of the students themselves are of great signifi-cance. Through elaborating the current situation of college student＆#39;s crime from the actually circumstance, this article further put forward to correspond countermeasures of Chinese college students＆#39; crime prevention in the new period, so that it can help the crime prevention of college student and improve the country＆#39;s crime prevention system. |
