| 摘 要： | 探讨和阐述了体育运动中的美育，即审美教育或美感教育。体育运动中美育的中心任务就是通过审美实践，美的创造及美感体会，树立正确的审美观念、健康情趣，它是提高人的素质的一种方式；通过教师的审美教育，创新教学，表率作用，结合讲解示范，构建宽松和谐的教学环境来实施体育教学中的美育，提高学生的审美能力，培养高尚情操。

| Abstract: | This article probes into aesthetic education in sports and defines that the task of aesthetic education in sports is to acquire a correct aesthetic conceptions and healthy temperament through aesthetic practices, beauty creating and aesthetic experience. The students' aesthetic judgement and lofty sentiment can be improved by aesthetic education with teaching innovation, good example with demonstration explanation and creating a comfortable and harmonious environment. |
