| 摘 要： | 魏晋南北朝时期，河北平原由于人工运渠的修治及海河水系的形成，且受政治因素影响，内河航运有较大的发展。邺城作为当时北方政治中心．其与黄河的水运连接非常便利．地位重要。曹魏时期一系列运河的开挖将河北平原的水运南北贯通，以漳河为主体的海河水系有着颇具规模的航运利用。

| Abstract: | During Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern dynasties,the canal transportation undergoes a rapid development owing to the active maintenance and political influences.Yecheng serves the political center in the northern part of China,and it is at an easy access to the Yellow River transportation.Emperor Cao of Wei sees the connection of the canal over Hebei plains,in which Zhanghe River in the Haihe River system plays a significant role. |
