| 摘 要： | 对河南省农村中小学体育教学现状及一线教师与高校大学生执教置换效果进行分析,认为"国培计划"对河南省农村中小学体育教育具有显著现实意义。通过置换,实现了一线教师的继续教育和在校大学生的理论与实践相结全的教育双优目的。在此基础上,提出了对"国培计划"开展实施的建议。

| Abstract: | By analyzing present situation of physical education and effect of replacement of field teachers and college students in rural area schools of Henan province, this paper finds that ＂national teacher training plan＂ has a practical significance. Teacher exchange achieves the purpose of continuing education of the field teacher and col- lege students a combination of theory and practice. On this basis, this paper puts forward the purpose of implemen- tation ＂national teacher training plan＂. |
