| 摘 要： | 徽州文书档案被公认为是上个世纪中国文献史上第五大发现，徽州文书的文献数量之多、内容之丰富、范围之广泛，以及其连续性、真实性、典型性等特点决定了其重大学术价值；徽州文书的文献收集、保护、开发、利用方面尚存在许多亟待解决的问题，利用现代信息技术，建立徽州文书信息数据库是解决这些问题的最好出路，而建立这样的信息数据库应从五个方面的工作人手。

| Abstract: | Recently-found Huizhou official dispatches are regarded as one of the five great discoveries in the Chinese literature history in the last century. Huizhou official dispatches are famous for great quantity, richness in contents, extensiveness in variety. The characteristics of Huizhou official dispatches, such as, consistency, faithfulness and typicality embody the high academic value. There still exist some urgent problems to be solved in collection, protection, development and utilization of these official dispatches. The author believes that the only way out is to construction databases by using modem information technology, and the work should be done from the five aspects. |
