| 摘 要： | 社会转型期间利益多元化,法律制度的不健全,人们的道德观念和价值取向发生变化,个人良心受到扭曲等是产生竞技体育“黑色现象”的主要原因。健全各种规章制度,严格执行法律法规,加强精神文明建设,提升社会道德水平,提高个人道德修养等是我们综合整治“黑色现象”应当采取的措施。

| Abstract: | The main reasons why cause the "unfair phenomena"in the competitive are that the profit becomes many - faceted in the period of the social transiton.the law and the regulation are not perfect, the social morality is ruined, the people's conscience is distorted, etc. The author thinks that we should take measures to put in order the "unfair phenomena", such measures are: perfecting all kings of rules and regulations,executing the laws and the regulations strictly,strengthening the level of the social morality,and improving the self- cultivation,etc. |
