| 摘 要： | 从经验管理到科学管理、文化管理,是世界大学管理的趋势。文化管理是以人为中心的管理模式,注重发挥大学精神和大学文化在管理中的主导作用。目前,我国大学管理的落后局面势必会延缓一流大学建设的步伐,从整体上降低我国高等教育的竞争力。因此,在科学管理的基础上实行文化管理,是我国创建世界一流大学的必然选择。

| Abstract: | It is the general trend that university administration in the world develops from experience administration to scientific administration and furthermore, cultural administration. Cultural administration takes the administrative mode of keeping people as the pivot, elaborating the leading role of the spirit and culture of university in administration. Currently, the laggard situation of Chinese university administration will surely postpone the development of constructing top-class universities in China, which results in debasing the overall competition ability of Chinese higher education. Therefore, it is the inevitable choice to carry out cultural administration to build top-class Chinese universities in the world on the basis of scientific administration. |
