| 摘 要： | 在篮球比赛中,进攻和防守进攻是一对矛盾,进攻和防守进攻在篮球比赛中都非常重要.在训练时,应该把进攻和防守进攻放到同等重要的高度来重视,绝不可厚此薄彼,任何重视进攻轻视防守或重视防守轻视进攻的思想和作法都是错误的.
