| 摘 要： | 当前我国许多城市的道路建设普遍出现了片面注重机动车道而忽视自行车道及人行道的状况。本文结合福州市道路交通发展的具体实践，提出自行车道建设不仅关系到当前城市交通问题的解决，也是推进城市环境保护与构建“和谐城市”的现实要求。必须以科学发展观为指导推进城市交通的可持续发展，保障自行车道和人行道的发展空间。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, there are increasing phenomena of neglecting the bikeway and pavement in many cities＇ road construction. This paper analyzes the development of the road traffic of Fuzhou City, and deems that construction of the bikeway not only concerns the urban transport problems, but also concerns the demand of urban environment protection and the building of ＂harmonious city＂. So, the development space of the bikeway and pavement must be ensured. |
