| 摘 要： | 探讨了炭焙、电烘焙武夷岩茶的工艺特点及对茶叶品质的影响,设计了炭焙—电烘焙相结合的茶叶烘焙机总体结构及恒温加热自动控制电路,对试制的样机进行茶烘焙试验,具有很好的效果,提升了茶叶品质。

| Abstract: | This paper analysise the wuyi rock tea drying process features and the influence factors of quality of tea.Design the general structure of wuyi rock tea drying machinery and the constant temperature heating auto-control circuit.After doing wuyi rock tea drying experiments using with the prototype combining with charcoal drying and electric drying technology,we obtain good results and improve the quality of tea. |
