| 摘 要： | 对软式排球运动在我国的推广和发展情况、特点以及青少年的生理和心理特点进行了分析,结果表明软式排球运动对青少年增强体质,体现满意感的心理效益具有积极的作用。这为树立＂以学生为中心＂的新课程理念,提高青少年进行锻炼的主体意识,促进我国室内排球运动的发展提供了有益的参考。

| Abstract: | thesis on soft volleyball in China＇s popularization and development situation,characteristics and teenagers the physiological and psychological characteristics are analyzed.Results show that soft volleyball on teenagers enhanced physique,reflect satisfaction with the psychological benefits of positive role.This setting ＂student-centered＂ new curriculum concept and improve adolescents on the subject consciousness,promote exercise in indoor volleyball development provides useful reference. |
